SPS: Webtastic!
The Scottish Prison Service has revamped its website, and the result is truly refreshing. There is now a dedicated area for families which includes sections on keeping in contact, how they can be involved, where they can get support, complaints, and FAQs. There is also a dedicated segment for Family Contact Officer information. We think the way the site looks now is much more user friendly with a clear structure that helps guide individuals to the areas of the site that are of interest or relevance.
Kudos to Tom Fox and the team at SPS for this uplifting transformation!
